By using KakiSport, you agree to these terms. Plain English. No tricks.

1. WHAT KAKISPORT IS

KakiSport is a discovery and coordination app for casual sports games in Malaysia. We help players find each other, host pickup games, and build a reputation for showing up.

KakiSport is not a venue operator, a coach, a referee, or an insurer. We do not organize, supervise, or take responsibility for the games themselves. Each game is between you and the other players.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You must be at least 13 years old to use KakiSport.
Use your real name (or a nickname your friends would recognise). No impersonation.
One account per person. No bots.
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

3. THE KAKI CODE

Show up. Flaking ruins games and tanks your streak.
Pay your share. If a session lists "RM12/pax", settle with the host on the day.
Respect tags. If a session is women-only or halal-friendly, honour it.
No harassment. Sexual harassment, racism, or threats = permanent ban + report to authorities.
No dating. KakiSport is for sports. Use other apps for romance.
Play safe. You play at your own risk. Bring water. Warm up.

4. HOSTS & PAYMENTS

Hosts may charge a per-player fee to cover venue/equipment. This is settled directly between players and the host on the day — KakiSport does not process payments and does not take a cut.

Hosts are responsible for accuracy: venue, time, cost, capacity, and any safety notes.

5. CONTENT YOU POST

Session descriptions, chat messages, and profile content are yours. By posting, you grant KakiSport a non-exclusive licence to display them within the app and for safety/moderation purposes.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or the Kaki Code.

6. WHAT WE WON'T TOLERATE

Harassment, hate speech, threats, doxxing
Sexual content or solicitation
Selling/promoting unrelated services
Fake sessions or scam venues
Sharing other players' personal info without consent

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent ban. Report bad behaviour: Session → ⋯ → Report, or info@gleapx.dev.

7. DISCLAIMER

KakiSport is provided "as is". Sports involve physical risk. You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness, the suitability of any session, and your interactions with other players. KakiSport is not liable for injuries, theft, disputes, no-shows, or damages arising from app use.

8. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You can delete your account anytime: Me → Privacy & Safety → Delete Account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. CHANGES

We may update these terms when features change. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes = acceptance.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in Malaysian courts.
